Refund Policy

Paid subscriptions to CrmJam are sold via Paddle, which acts as merchant of record. Paddle's Buyer Terms (including cancellations, withdrawals, and refunds) and Paddle's Refund Policy apply to the transaction in addition to the policy below.

1. Free Trial

CrmJam offers a 15-day free trial for new accounts. No payment is required during the trial period. Your card will not be charged until you choose a paid plan after the trial ends.

2. Refund Window

For every subscription payment we charge, you may request a full refund within 30 calendar days of the date that payment was charged. Refunds are issued for the full amount of that payment. The 30-day period is counted from the charge date on your payment method.

3. After the Refund Window

Subscription payments are not refunded after the 30-calendar-day window has ended. You may cancel your subscription at any time; you keep access to the Service through the end of the billing period you have already paid for.

4. How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Settings page under "Plan". Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
