Terms and Conditions

CrmJam is a product operated by Markupfeed (the parent company). References to "CrmJam", "we", "our", or "us" in these Terms refer to Markupfeed and its CrmJam service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CrmJam ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

CrmJam is a CRM and website platform designed for real estate agents. The Service includes tools for lead management, listing management, website publishing, and client communication.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Checkout and payment for paid plans are processed by Paddle as an authorised reseller and merchant of record. Your contract for payment, subscriptions, and checkout services is with the applicable Paddle entity; your use of the CrmJam software is governed by these Terms together with Paddle's buyer terms.

You authorize Paddle to charge your payment method for all fees presented at checkout. Refunds are only available on the terms set out in our Refund Policy, and statutory or Paddle-specific rules may also apply as described in Paddle's legal terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to transmit spam or unsolicited messages, to infringe on intellectual property rights, or to engage in any activity that could harm the Service or its users.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Markupfeed (including the CrmJam brand) and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you upload to the Service.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time from the Settings page.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Markupfeed and CrmJam shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
